Welcome to the Monster family! Yes, monsters really do exist, but contrary to what we think, they are so much fun!
The shadows of Drew Colby's hands can do almost everything you can think of: the loveliest animals, amazing landscapes, and even some really funny people. We will be amazed by the crabs coming out of the sea, a dog shadow chasing a cat shadow, and not one, not two, but three! colorful elephant shadows and... all just using his two hands!
A show taking place inside a caravan parked outside the theater invites us to daydream. "Avion Papier" ("Paper Plane") is a poetic dream at the crossroads of digital arts, music, and object theater.
A couple engages in playfulness exploration of several actions through pieces of clothing and everyday objects, showing us how these can be unconventionally used to change and interact in the ways we see ourselves and others around us.
One of Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen's most beloved and read books becomes a musical tale in the voices, bodies, and gesture of five actors, ten musicians, and a teacher.
LABOR is an artistic and educational project of interaction between School, Theatre, artists and teachers, which seeks to provide practical experimentation of contemporary artistic creation.
To kick-off the celebrations of World Theater Day, on March 27, LU.CA and the Center for Theater Studies of the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon dedicate the weekend before the Luís de Camões Theater itself
