The Box Office is closed on Mondays, and on January 1st, April 25th, Easter Sunday, May 1st, the month of August, and December 25th.

Accompanying identification must be shown to make proof of discount.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Tickets are non-returnable.
Ticket exchanges can be made up to 24h prior to the first performance, and are subjected to seat availability.
Free admission for assistants of people with disabilities .
Under art.º 26 of the decree-law 23/2014 of February 14: «Children under three years old can only attend performances classified “For all ages” if the venue capacity is reduced in 20%».
In order to provide the children with the best experience possible, we ask for your compliance to the target-age suggestion for each performance.
No audio or video recording is allowed without prior authorization.
The use of smartphones or other sound equipment is not allowed inside the theatre room.
It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the theatre room.
No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed.
Tickets must be kept until the end of the show.
