The Box Office is closed on Mondays, and on January 1st, April 25th, Easter Sunday, May 1st, the month of August, and December 25th.

To benefit from a discount, valid proof must be presented.
Discounts cannot be combined.
No refunds are issued.
Ticket exchanges between sessions of the same performance are permitted. Exchanges must be made up to 24 hours before the start of the session, subject to availability. Exchanges are not allowed for single-session performances.
– For tickets purchased at sales points: exchanges must be requested at the place of purchase;
– For tickets purchased online: exchanges must be requested directly through BOL via its website;

Under Article 26 of Decree-Law no. 23/2014 of 14 February: “Children under the age of three may only attend performances classified as ‘For all audiences’ provided that venue capacity is reduced by 20%.” In case of doubt, identification may be requested.
Respecting age recommendations promotes a better experience of the performance.
In the boxes, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The use of mobile phones or other sound devices is not permitted inside the auditorium.
Eating, drinking, smoking, or making any kind of audiovisual recording inside the auditorium is not permitted.
The theatre does not have a cloakroom service.
Tickets must be kept until the end of the performance.
Programme or cast can suffer alterations due to circumstances beyond our control.
