Description

Revolution is about changing the world, but also changing within — whether by leaving, learning something new, or losing your first tooth!

Synopsis

A revolution can mean a transformation of the world, but also a profound inner change. It happens when we decide to leave a place we have always known, when we learn something new, or simply when we lose our first tooth!

Birds (Animation, no dialogue, 4 min.)

A lonely bird encounters an obstacle—a wall that seems never-ending. This shouldn’t be a problem for a bird, but this one is a little different.

Two Balloons (Animation, no dialogue, 9 min.)

Two travellers return to the place where the stars meet the clouds and where love is at the beginning of everything.

Cat in the Bag (Animation, no dialogue, 7 min.)

A little kitten is happy at home—there is so much to play with. But one day, it is put into a bag and abandoned on the street—how cruel! Luckily, it soon finds new friends.

Mrs. Fúnfia (Animation, Portuguese audio, 3 min.)

Mrs. Fúnfia has worn skirts her entire life. One day, she decides to try on a pair of trousers…

The Peculiar Crime of Strange Mr. Jacinto  (Animation, Portuguese audio, 10 min.)

In a city where nature has been banned, one man’s small crime leads to unexpected consequences.

Kiosk (Animation, no dialogue, 7 min.)

For years, the kiosk has been Olga’s home, simply because her love of sweets and monotonous life have made her too big to fit through the exit. To pass the time, she reads travel magazines and dreams of being far away. Then, an absurd incident sets her adventure in motion.

Ernesto (Animation, no dialogue, 7 min.)

Ernesto thinks it’s time for his baby teeth to fall out. Unfortunately, his teeth have other plans—ones that involve jazz melodies. Tap your feet to this charming short film about growing up.
