Reads from a spectacular library

LU.CA features a rotating selection of books related to the shows or themes presented in the theater. Outside, on the Mezzanine, is the place to browse and read each one. Seated on the sofas or sprawled out on the cushions that almost cover the floor, we’ll read them aloud.

João de Brito holds a degree in Theater—Acting from ESTC. He is the co-creator of the productions Carripana, NOVO_Título Provisório, A história que não queria ser livro, Habitamus, and És-passos. He has directed the productions Elastic, Seattle, Cataplay, Leôncio e Lena, Actrizes, Barafunda, and Comida. He collaborated with Culturgest’s Educational Service between 2010 and 2016. Co-founder and Artistic Director of the LAMA Association.
