Amazing books (really!)

Alongside the performances staged in the theatre, the public library will showcase some spectacular books (really!). These are books that revolve around the performances and help to shed light on each one from different perspectives. Books that can be read through eyes of various colours and perspectives: building bridges to other places, opening up space for discoveries, broadening our understanding of the performance. Hand-picked books: those that strike a chord, those we keep coming back to and that make us think.

These books, which you can find on the mezzanine at LU.CA, in a tiny library for the public, have been carefully selected by Sara Amado, a mother, architect, teacher, author of the website ‘prateleira-de-baixo’ and curator.
