- Creation and guidance Ana Ribeiro
Exhibitions are meant to be seen and, almost always, to be thought about. But sometimes they are also a starting point for a hands-on approach. In the first half of the year, Ana Ribeiro will be our guide on a series of very special visits to the LU.CA exhibitions. Drawing on the works of Mariana Mizarela (January to March) and André Ruivo (April to June), we immerse ourselves fully to discover the artworks on the theatre’s walls. The senses are activated, imagination is set free, and the desire to form and share opinions about what we see is encouraged. On these visits, we will see and make, stand still and dance, listen and speak!
Ana Ribeiro Thinks and creates like a designer, the field in which she graduated, but her passion for education led her to become a teacher, with over two decades of experience. In her classes and workshops, artists and artworks emerge as tools for questioning the world. She created and has been developing the project Artista aí em casa since 2020.
