Anina Yatay Salas is a ten-year-old girl. Her first and last names are palindromes (words that can also be read backwards), which leads to laughter and teasing from some of her schoolmates – especially Yisel, whom Anina calls “the elephant”. When her patience runs out, Anina gets into a fight with Yisel during break time. As a result of this incident, her parents are called in for a meeting at the school…
