Drawings that illustrate the little pleasures of life... AH! So good!

  • Criação André Ruivo

In a year in which we have chosen to return to environments and sensations that make us happy and bring us comfort, André Ruivo’s proposal could not be more fitting. The illustrator looked at the walls of LU.CA’s Middle Floor and decided to fill them with drawings that celebrate life’s small pleasures. AH! So good!

André Ruivo was born in Lisbon in 1977. He is an illustrator and filmmaker, with a degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon and a master’s degree in Animation from the Royal College of Art in London. He has published the books Retratos, Abraços, Vírus, Vida de Artista, and Break Dance. He directed the animated films Circo, O Campo à Beira Mar, and Januário e a Guerra.
