Synopsis
The end of the year exists somewhere between farewells and fresh beginnings. Something always comes to an end, even if we cannot quite say what, while something else quietly prepares to begin. Between what we leave behind and what has yet to arrive, we take invisible stock. What we’ve lost, what we’ve managed to keep, and what we hope to carry with us into the year ahead.
