A Slaunch (that is, a book launch and a snack all in one) to unveil a book that shows us how a small King's Theater was transformed into a space for children who are like big people.
Synopsis
LU.CA – Teatro Luís de Camões, the only theatre in Portugal with a programme dedicated exclusively for children and young people, celebrated its first five years in 2023. To mark this significant first anniversary, we are launching a book that captures the history of a building that has already lived many lives. In other words, a book that shows us how a small Theatre of the King was transformed into a space for children, who are just as important as grown-ups.
And if there are those who devour books, the truth is that stories can also make us hungry. That’s why this is going to be a Slaunch – a book launch and a snack all in one.
