Bring your best costume and comfortable shoes to dance and jump as much as you can.
Synopsis
It began as a revisiting of the old balls that took place at LU.CA and other theatres in the city and, almost without us noticing, ended up becoming a tradition. It is with excitement that we look forward to these two afternoons during which we remove the chairs from the audience and LU.CA is transformed into a large dance floor. And because it is Carnival and no one will take it the wrong way, we have a request: bring your best costume and comfortable shoes to dance and jump as much as you can.
Mão na Anca
More than DJ sets, this trio of friends (comprised by Isabel Nogueira, Patrícia Barnabé and Raquel Castro) spreads joy and fun. One hand on a festive and elegant hip, to spin and move your feet, but always with your head above the clouds and a lot of heart. They spin records from various origins in the most causal of ways. They promise only one thing: to blast the LU.CA dancefloor with music for younger ears, without boring the older generations.
