But do today\u2019s worries still resemble the round shape of a pea? We\u2019re not sure, but the lives of post-modern princesses remain full of predicaments and dilemmas that set our hearts racing. We share troubles and questions about what we\u2019ll become in ten years or what we\u2019ll wear to the next party. Mariana, a miser\u00e1vel<\/strong> wanted to be a florist when she was little. But after leaving her hometown of Leiria, Mariana Santos discovered that not everything is a bed of roses. In Caldas da Rainha, she earned a degree in Graphic Design. In Porto, where she now lives, she began a Master\u2019s at the Faculty of Fine Arts (which she didn\u2019t complete) and established herself as an illustrator under the name Mariana, a miser\u00e1vel (the miserable).
