Mafalda Torres da Silva began by learning as a teenager, at home, but only in 2022 did she pay more attention to this technique. Using up some free time, leftover EGEAC communication materials and the techniques she already knew from when she studied textiles modelling, in this exhibition she was able to bring together surprising pieces that truly fulfilled her while she was creating them: for Mafalda, giving three-dimensional forms to her two-dimensional ideas is the most interesting thing about origami.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"smaller\"><strong>Mafalda Torres da Silva<\/strong><br \/>\nBorn in Lisbon, in the Carnide parish. She studied Artistic Production and Textiles at the Ant\u00f3nio Arroio School.
